Holstein Scotland South held their dinner and prize giving for their

annual Herds competition recently. The competition, judged by

Scotsman Robert Dobie from Bencloich near Glasgow, was dominated by Errolston Holsteins. Brian and Valerie Davidson, who along with son Craig milk 185 cows, lifted nine of the thirteen trophies! The evening, at the Strathaven hotel, was attended by the Society's President Tom Cope and his wife Bev.
