The Northumbria Club welcomed 2009 Gold Cup winner Geoff Spence from Miresdale to talk to the Club about his farm, the herd and his achievements to date in November.

It was a fascinating talk , with an interesting presentation , showing just how the business has progressed through the years, dealing with the highs and lows that we all endure in this industry.

Never been ones to shy away from hard work, their determination to succeed paid off in 2009 when Geoff and family were awarded the Gold Cup. There was a lively Q and A session afterwards before a light buffet .
