At the end of October the South Wales Club held a Pig Racing evening at the Mart in Carmarthen by kind permission of BJP Marts. Yes you did read it correctly, Pig Racing! We all expected to see the four legged critters running around, but they were actually painted on wooden boards! Each race and pig was named! It was a very successful evening with £2500 being raised, and the Club would like to thank the generosity of those who attended and the support that was shown.

Diana and Rob Evans' Deri herd has won champion at every show and sale in 2014, the Club would like to thank Rob and Diane for their support and congratulate them on their successful run of Show and Sales.

The annual President's Dinner will be held on the 31st of January at The Royal Ivy Bush Hotel in Carmarthen. If you wish to attend, please contact the Club's Secretary.
