Tuesday 20th March witnessed the first sale for the joint venture between Hassall Brothers and NWA
to conduct dairy sales at Lancaster Auction Mart, a sale that both companies are incredibly excited
about and they both look forward to building a very strong alliance over the forthcoming years.
The sale is open to any category of dairy stock, including milking cows and heifers of any breed, as
well as youngstock from both pedigree and commercial herds.
This March sale attracted an entry of 44 head which was pleasing for this first sale, with the
atmosphere at the auction bubbling with excitement and certainly the quality of stock on offer was
outstanding and all vendors must be congratulated on the super animals they entered. We really
