Pedigree Holstein bulls reached a ceiling
of 3,200gns, with 14 lots selling in a 94% clearance to level at £2,048 each,
at Holstein NI’s May show and sale hosted by Kilrea Mart.
Topping the sale at 3,200gns was the second

VG87 – formerly number ten on the UK’s PLI cow list. Prehen Frazer has a PLI £223 and sold to
Henry Donaghy from Eglinton, County Londonderry.

A Balise VG87 (2yr). Buyer was William McBurney from Ballymena, County Antrim.
